The Wightman School

Named after Thomas Wightman of the Thomas Wightman Glass Company, the Wightman School is a community building located in Squirrel Hill. It had previously been used as an elementary school and was eventually sold to Carriage House Children's Center, Inc. The Squirrel Hill building is now used as a preschool on the lower levels, and upper levels are rented to tenants, including non-profit groups like Dancespace or the Squirrel Hill Urban Coalition.
