South Park

South Park is a 2,013 acre county park, the second largest of nine county parks, located just south of Downtown. It was completed in 1931 and offers a wave pool, golf course, ice-skating rink, tennis courts, picnic area and trails. Its nature center holds public nature and environmental education programs on the weekend. The Park also contains the Oliver Miller Homestead, which was an important site of the Whiskey Rebellion.
