The OTB (over the bar) Bicycle Café is located on South Side's vibrant East Carson Street, just one block from South Side Works' trailhead along the Great Allegheny Passage, making it the ideal stop for cyclists after spending the day enjoying the South Side Riverfront Trail. Visitors can ride their bikes to the café, and park them right out front in Pittsburgh's only bike corral. The Bicycle Café offers Pittsburgh's Outdoor Enthusiasts a friendly and fun place to enjoy great food and drinks in a bicycle-themed environment. The atmosphere is creative and fun featuring everything biking from the murals on the walls to the toilet paper dispensers made from recycled bike parts. Some of their most popular dishes are the Dirt Rag Delight (a burger smothered in peanut butter), the Spoke Junkie (a cheese-filled and rolled zucchini appetizer), and the Venture Outdoors favorite, the Pedal Paddle Panini (a tomato, basil, roasted red pepper and buffalo mozzarella Panini).
“We’ve really come to enjoy the friendships we’ve developed through a dinner group of others who moved to Pittsburgh.”
