Located near the Pittsburgh International Airport, Keystone Oaks School District is comprised of the Castle Shannon, Dormont and Green Tree communities. Keystone Oaks consists of five schools and nearly 2,000 students. The Pittsburgh Business Times ranked it 176th out of 498 Pennsylvania school districts in 2012. The school offers gifted, English as a second language, and student assistance programs. Students must complete 120 hours of community service and earn required credits to graduate.
