Greensburg is a city within Pennslvania's Westmoreland County and is considered part of the Pittsburgh Metro Area. It is named after American Revolutionary War major general Nathanael Greene. Its main assets are business, academia, tourism, and culture. It is ranked one of Pennsylvania's “best places to retire” in the 2007 edition of U.S. News & World Report.
