The Community College of Beaver County, located west of downtown Pittsburgh, aims to prepare students for Pittsburgh’s abundant workforce. It offers credit and non-credit programs, degree and certificate opportunities, transfer programs, dual-enrollment to high school students, andskill training that leads to careers and workforce development. The school also lists athletics and summer camps as extracurricular. Its expansive skill training program features several fields such as Emergency Medical Training, Health Information Technology with Clinical Externship and Casino Dealer Training.
