It's going to work.

Do you want a job that pays well without spending four years in college?

A job that also offers health insurance and paid time off?

Would you like to put your stamp on your city, and leave a lasting legacy?

Such jobs are within reach. The unions representing ironworkers, electricians, heavy-equipment operators and sheet-metal workers (those who install heating and cooling ductwork) are looking for men and women like you for their apprentice programs. You’ll earn while you learn on the job, creating the iconic office towers, stadiums, bridges and other vital infrastructure of the Pittsburgh region.

Your previous experience could give you a leg up in the “soft skills” of working in a team, problem solving and taking pride in a job well done.
